Description

The modules give us an overall view of the business management system and the various aspects related to it. The first module gives an overview of the reflective business practices that managers follow to sharpen their decision-making skills. In the second module, we get an idea of the two broad categories of business environment namely the general or macro-environment and the specific or micro-environment. University Assignment Help, The third module speaks about the qualities required to be a good project manager and drive the business towards success. The fourth module helped me to understand how the customers and the governments are the two most important stakeholders in the world of business (Laursen, & Thorlund, 2017). I acquired the knowledge of competitor analysis and how it plays a crucial role in assessing the overall aspects of a business through the fifth module. The sixth and final module taught me to be socially responsible towards my society and adapt to the recent technological advancements to propel my business to greater heights (Wain, 2017). All the lessons covered in the modules are equally informative and important for business management.

Feeling

I feel that I have gained more knowledge about the various important aspects of business management through the very comprehensive modules. My concepts on the duties of a project manager have become a lot clearer than before through this course (Potter, 2015). However, I feel that business organizations should stress more on carrying out their social duties to address the rising environmental concerns rather than working with a profit-oriented business mindset fuelled by globalization.

Evaluation

I was able to properly understand the significance of the different aspects and facets of business management through the course modules. I gained a clear idea of the modern corporate world and the technical requirements I need to develop to become a capable and adept project manager. Personally, I feel that these theoretical concepts would become clearer if we do more research to gain additional information (Lawrence, 2018)

Analysis

It was an exhilarating experience to learn the theoretical concepts of business management from a project manager's perspective in such depth and clarity as a student. The reflective business policies will prove to be very beneficial in analyzing my mistakes and exploring the scope for improvement when I become a project manager (Sekarwinahyu et al., 2019). However, I honestly feel that a practical module should also be included along with the theoretical modules to gain a first-hand experience and better understand the topics when put into actual use (Bassot, 2020).

Conclusion

I can safely conclude that the modules provide significant knowledge on relevant and vital topics required for my future when I pursue business management as a project manager. The only modification that can be made to the existing course structure is by incorporating a practical learning scope into the already detailed theoretical modules (Wang, Biesheuvel, & Lin, 2018).

Action Plan

After gaining adequate knowledge and developing some analytical skills through my course, I am eager to implement my decision-making strategies and assessment skills to actual practical use. I have decided to continue researching further on this topic to gain more insight into the business industry (Ikin, & Syafryadin, 2020).
