The report will discuss the database provided for business analysis. With the help of a relevant BI tool, the insights of data will be presented. The discussion will include the analytics, recommendations, and visualization of data. Uni Assignment Help, The stakeholders' identification, benefits of the organization, and the accurate description of the method used will develop a meaningful understanding of the provided data. The benefits and consequences, and challenges will be identified for developing the format of the report.

Identified problem

The data regarding the source locations are not being provided, which creates a lack of data analysis. The break up of logistics costs for various countries is not mentioned, which may have helped in studying the impact upon the profit range. Online sales did not grow high in North America and the Asian continent, Australia, Oceania, and Sub-Saharan Africa, and offline sales have decreased. The issue regarding the lack of physical stores has created complications. The business analysis shows the presence of a business, at least in North America. However, the business lacks region-specific strategies. In terms of profitability, the household items and fruits operate below-average profitability levels. Therefore, to tackle the issue of business data analysis, a proper data analytics tool is required.

Description of the method

The data demonstrate the objectives of business analysis; it provides a proper understanding of business and provides a proper analytics model for evaluation and department. The CRISP method relates to the process of the description of data. The CRISP method is accomplished through business understanding, data understanding, data preparation, modelling, evaluation, and deployment (Sv-Europe 2021). The process of description follows the CRISP method, which helps in analyzing the data for proper business intelligence tool implementation.

In North America, the offline sales rate is considered significant where the online sales are needed to grow. On the other hand, the online sales rate in Asia is effective, which delivers a high range of profit.

The profitability rate shows that the selling of clothes provides significant profit to the business. On the other hand, the business lacks profit in the case of meat and office supplies. However, improvement is also needed in the selling of fruits and household items.

Figure 3: Sales Rate

The sales rate shows that Sub-Saharan Africa increased the rate up to 25%, whereas North America is only contributing 3% of sales. The reason behind the difference needed to be analyzed for proper sales growth. Moreover, Asia, Australia, and Oceania also require proper business analysis for improvement in sales.

'What If Scenarios

The business, if it had an increased number of physical stores, might be able to expand the business region more proficiently in Asia, Australia, Oceania, and Sub-Saharan Africa. This would have resulted in high revenue growth. Strategic business management helps to expand the business growth (Dagnino, King & Tienari 2017). If the presence of the business market in North America is increased, the business will meet the specific objectives of strategic management. The marketing of household items and fruits, meats, and office supplies, would have been increased, the business level profitability may have increased.

Key Stakeholders

Stakeholders' analysis provides insight into business objectives (Maximova 2019). The key stakeholders of the business are the partners in each continent, sub-continent, and countries who contribute to business growth by supporting BI tool implementation for business analysis. The shareholders and investors for business growth are also specific stakeholders who need increased profitability from the regions where physical stores are lacking. Moreover, the employees and consumers of the business in each region are significant stakeholders who contribute to the growth of the business. These stakeholders require a specific system for managing BI tool implementation.

Design for System

Proper design for managing the BI tool implementation is required. The system design will help the company to create better interactivity with the consumers, which will help in analyzing the market needs of a specific region. The datapine BI tool implementation for business analytics will help the company share the information across multiple platforms. The system design will allow the stakeholders to engage in business analysis through data pine tool implementation. The system will facilitate complex processes of data analytics and enable the solutions for business users to integrate the data from business dashboards. The proper interaction system will be designed to collect data for data analysis.

Organizational Benefits and Consequences

By implementing the datapine BI tool for business analysis, the business users like the stakeholders, consumers, and other users connected to the business will manage the complex business procedures. The information regarding the business process and profit level will be evaluated through a data analytics tool which will help the company to implement a proper strategic management process for business growth in a specific region. For example, the tool will help in business analysis of North America where the business presence is least to improve the business operation in that region. Therefore, the company will be benefited from strategic management as it will be able to determine region-specific strategies for business growth. In addition, Datapine delivers fast results to the stakeholders (Capterra 2021). This will improve the operational speed of the business.

Challenges and Limitations

The implementation of a business intelligence tool can create issues while collecting data from multiple sources of business. In the case of collecting data from each region, complexities may arise which can limit the access of data. In addition, the budget can limit the process of BI tool implementation in the system of business analysis as it is highly expensive. If the right indicators are not measured from the BI tool, it may lead to misinterpretation of data. Moreover, it will be challenging for the company to justify the ROI of BI.

Conclusion

The report evaluated the insight of data which creates a proper understanding of the business issue and the need for datapine tool implementation. The recommendations in the presentation provide a specific solution where the focus is given upon increasing the number of offline stores in North America. The increasing visibility and proper exploration of logistics can help to improve the profit margin. The stakeholders' need is demonstrated for proper system design, which will help to implement the BI tool datapine in proper business analysis for strategic management.
