Solution

Introduction

Design thinking in business innovation plays a critical role since it provides a structured problem-solving approach with the aim to develop innovative products, services, as well as advanced business models (Hehn et al., 2019). University Assignment Help, It is developed by exploring the needs and expectations of the individuals by ensuring the development of software in the business. UX, CX, and ethical innovation in the business organization enhance its share value in the competitive business environment that significantly contributes to its growth and development.

This report intends to reflect on the development of UX, CX, and ethical innovation considering the case of tea and coffee machines.

Discussion

Designing thinking supports the creation of a practical product that intends to serve a specific need of the consumers (Scholten and Granic, 2019). Developing an application to interact with the beverage maker can be proposed in the coffee and tea machine with the aim to enhance the experience of its users. In this proposed innovation, the design thinking principle will significantly support in identifying alternative strategies as well as solutions with the aim to understand its users as well as challenge the assumptions made. It is one of the most feasible solutions that can be implemented in the coffee and tea machine because of its interaction with its users intending to provide an enhanced experience. It can be said that it is a beneficial innovation to meet the needs of its end users because of their interest in technological development in the products.

The design thinking principles involve empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test, significantly contributing to innovation (Sarooghi et al., 2019). Initially, the user’s needs were identified and focused to enhance their experience in relation to the coffee and tea-making machine. The insights in relation to their experiences were defined intently to implement the proposed innovation. Various possible solutions were later generated for the successful implementation of the innovation and then the proposed solutions were later transformed into tangible mediums intending to facilitate communication with the users. Lastly, the solutions were tested with the users in relation to the development of an app for the machine intending to get adequate feedback.

Application of UX and CX process during the development of the innovation in the coffee and tea machine includes:

? Discover and design: An application can be developed in the coffee and tea machine with the aim to interact with its users to enhance their experiences with the product. It has the potential to influence the experiences of the users which will significantly impact its use. Considering the case, the target audience that can be identified are coffee and tea lovers in places such as offices that have huge employee strengths, cafeterias, public places, and home use. It has been noted that Mrs. XYZ is a 35-year-old woman who is working in a multinational company and is comfortable with technology and is more likely to use coffee and tea machines. It has been noted that she has a huge fascination to consume tea and coffee. She is willing to try new things that add value to the innovation in the machine. It can be noted that the innovation can experience positive journey mapping of its users since the development of an app for the machine has enhanced the interaction with its users.

? Design: The lo-fi design will visualize the requirements of the users intending to provide the same experience to everyone. The hi-fi design reflects the efficiency of the product innovation that intends to provide an adequate end product to its target audience. The prototype of the product will represent the final design of the innovation. Similarly, wireframes of the innovation will be approved by the stakeholders of the innovation before its launch in the market.

? Test + iterate: Develop a user-defined function block before the main function as a means to capitalize on the failure in rapid prototyping and fast loop iterations. This will significantly support enhancing the efficiency of the innovation in the machine.

Legal and ethical issues are likely to be experienced in the creation of innovation in the coffee and tea machine data privacy, leakage of data, poor oversight, adoption of disruptive technology, and inadequate information about the innovation (Chen et al., 2019). These challenges have the potential to negatively impact the use of this innovation among its target audience. These ethical issues can be managed by developing an effective human resource team with the aim to ensure its significance in the machine.

Considering the journey map of Mrs. XYZ, it has been noted that she is highly impressed with this innovation in the tea and coffee machine. She believes that it has advanced the product that will significantly increase its popularity in the emerging market. This development of the app in the machine has enhanced her interest in the beverages offered by the machine.

Effective utilization of analytic tools will motivate to take raw data and information with the aim to gain meaningful insights in relation to the installation of the app in the machine. This will help to determine the new market behavior with the aim to respond accordingly.

Conclusion

From the above discussion, it can be said that design thinking plays an essential role in the development of innovation in products. Design thinking principles motivate to take relevant steps with the aim to meet the needs of the users to enhance their experience. The report also mentioned the application of UX and CX that contributes to the development of the app in the coffee and tea machine. Certain legal and ethical issues were also determined accompanied by the journey map of its users. The role of the utilization of the analytics tool was also determined considering the innovation in the product.
