Solution

Introduction

Communication refers to the flow of information. Term communication also refers to the flow of messages. Communication faces issues when there is a disruption in the flow of information. Communication not only helps in the flow of information but also helps to create information.

My name is Mehakpreet Kaur and I am 19 years old. I am a resident of India and was brought up also in India. I am doing tourism management at the Kaplan business school. I am facing issues during mass communication, and diverse communication. In this essay, the area will include issues such as mass communication, diverse communication and recommendation.

Main Body

I was born and brought up in India. I leave my country to pursue my education in Australia. After moving to Australia I face several issues while communicating with natives of the region. Australian citizens have different cultures, attitudes and values. These attitudes and values significantly dominate the ways and the pattern of the communication of a particular culture because the behavioural norms and the style of communication differ from one place to another place. This brings problems and sometimes creates confrontation. I face several issues at shops and markets. I was unable to communicate with them at first and also unable to understand their eye contact, gestures and words. Most of the Aboriginal people face difficulties in speaking English. They used their native language while communicating. So, most of them assume their intentions with the help of their facial expression, gestures and broken sentences. Another problem I face in Australia is connecting with my neighbors and making friends (BURDETT & BAILEY 2021, p. 34). I was brought up in India and used to speak local languages. My English spoken skill was not so fluent and sometimes I also failed to understand the accent of English spoken by the people of Australia. I was also unable to connect with my friends. At first, I cannot express my feelings and Thoughts. I cannot connect them at the core level. I used to keep myself detached from them and sometimes ignore them. The language barrier has become a significant part of my life for university assignment help.

I face many problems communicating in the class which has a diverse background. My friends in the class come from diverse ethnic groups. They also come from different classes of society and their choice and preferences differ in many aspects. I cannot open up in front of them and feel shy and reserved to put forth my opinion (Y?lmaz & Temizkan 2022, p. 3). As they are of different nationalities their cultural background often collides with each other which I don't feel comfortable becoming a part of. I cannot express my views and thoughts properly in front of my teachers and feel quite suppressed under such scenarios.

I mainly feel like I opted out of the class or any kind of discussion that goes on regarding any important topic. This raises many problems in my course of understanding and I lag in many aspects in terms of lack of communication. I feel lonely in class and cannot come up with proper words to explain my problem to my friends or teacher and because of this reason I feel quite like an introvert and isolated among the crowd (Markman 2017, p. 2). These issues I am facing in terms of establishing proper communication in class left me quite frustrated.

I am trying to fix this issue because I am gradually getting distant and isolated from my friends in class which is causing the shrinkage of my comfortable zone. I am trying to overcome my sense and sensitivity about social and cultural stigmas and prejudices to mix up in a diverse cultural background more profoundly (Finn et al 2022, p. 573). This problem is causing many troubles and posing many obstacles in my way to following the routine and regime of the class and establishing proper communication with the teachers.

I am looking forward to solving these problems by improving the skills of my language to establish proper communication with my teachers. I am thinking of taking the help of a language educator, in the form of language lessons that will help me to overcome my language barrier effectively. To overcome my problem with establishing communication amidst diverse backgrounds, I am thinking to become much more open and embracing and train my mind in such a way. I will try to participate in the discussion with a free mind overlooking the differences of opinion and putting more emphasis on concentrating on the oneness in everyone.

Conclusion

In conclusion, I can conclude that Language can become a significant problem and can create significant problems in distant places. It can create problems in the organization one is attached to, the marketplace, society, and among friends circle. A language educator can help solve this issue. The educator can teach about the accent, proper pronunciation, and the way how to learn the language properly. I have decided to take the help of a language educator that will help me to gain more knowledge about the language.
